For almost a decade I worked as an acupuncturist and loved that deep journey I got to go on with my clients.

What I really began to notice over the years was how imporant the self-concept and identity each individual held about themselves and what was possible. Even if they came in to work with me not thinking too highly of themselves, those that were willing to change that got the greatest results....not just in their health, but they really noticed the shifts in their lives overall, from relationships, to work, to overall wellbeing.

So, I continued to develop and study my love of how the mind, emotions, beliefs and the core of it....self-concept and identity can have such a profound impact on a person and the trajectory that their healing / wellness / life journey goes. As well as the ability to bring desires, dreams and goals to life.

(my journey as an acupuncturist has ended, I no longer see clients in this capacity)

I am qualified as a PSYCH-K facilitator, an EFT practitioner, a certified life-coach, intuitive transformation coach and women-centred transformation coach.

Everything I speak of I have ran through my own life, it is what I live from...every day commited to living as and from my True, Original Self.

I now run my own online coaching and mentoring business leading women and men back to who they truly are and the power that has always been within them.

When a person is empowered to break through inner glass ceilings (patterns that run unconsciously) and embody their one, true identity it results in lasting transformation. You are re-connected to authentic self trust and knowing, giving You back the authority and power to materialise your deepest yearnings and desires.

I run 1:1 and group coaching programmes, which includes identity work, pattern recognition and dissolution, emotional intelligence growth and discovering and creating the deepest yearning within.

This truly is deep 'work', it is the return to You. You as the Source, You as the One, You as the Grand Original Design you came here to be!

As a coach, mentor and PSYCH-K facilitator, I have worked with 100’s of clients 1:1 and in groups over the years.

I have had the honoured position to guide and facilitate people through huge change and transformation; whether in health, life, relationships, career, mindset, beliefs (and really all aspects of life are included in true transformation and change).

At the core of it all I was working with the individual, the unique being through which it all materialises! Because life truly is All About You!
